We are looking for an experienced object orientated senior PHP developer with significant experience in Ecommerce and API development. You must possess at least 5 years of commercial programming expertise and have experience in delivering large scale projects. You will be working side-by-side with team members in design, development and engineering to deliver highly scalable web projects. This role is responsible for building and growing client relationships, providing thought leadership, partnering with other agency leads to create integrated marketing strategies and oversight of development with other team members. In this role you will be reporting to the project manager and will work with an outstanding team of experienced developers to serve a vast portfolio of clients of varying sizes and sectors.
Requirements
- Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS3 JavaScript, JQuery, LAMP – Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP
- Would be required to work on PHP Frameworks like Zend, CakePHP, SMARTY Template Engine, jQuery, XML, Javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX
- Excellent knowledge on all open source Ecommerce solutions like Magento, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OS Commerce, Zen Cart, etc.,
- Knowledge of Apache, mySQL, Linux, OOPs concepts will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge on MySQL database integration
- Should be able to handle projects independently
- Must be proficient in understanding project requirements and maintain relevant documentation
- Hands on experience in payment gateways such as PayPal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net, Chase Paymentech etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with the view to complete tasks in time and maintaining our high quality standards
- Proficient in bug fixing, integrating API/Widgets and write W3C validated code
- Must possess a positive and proactive work attitude
