Although Virgin Megastore continued to deliver amazing shopping experience to customers, their online store still did not have its tracking and analytics system in order. In fact, the tracking system was faulty which meant its team was not able to track correct data in Google analytics. The same problem also prevented the team from gauging the real revenue generated as well.
